Ideal place for an east night out. Plenty of free parking which is rare inside the M25. A few eating places. Headroom restrictions to the car park but often the barriers at the far entrance are not in place allowing the talker vans to get in.

East Thames Plaza is really convenient. It’s just off the A13, which makes it super easy to get to. There’s loads to do here: bowling, The Gym Group, Vue Cinema, and even a Travelodge if you’re staying overnight. Perfect for a fun day out or a weekend stay!

Nice affordable cinema with loads of space to park and also good amount of seats. Good selection and variety of snacks but be ready to spend. The arcade is small but decent and they have bowling lanes also.

Good stopping place on your way into London. I think it may also be called London East Leisure Park and/or Dagenham Leisure Park. There's a Travelodge, a Vue cinema, Gym, Bowling, Bingo and a McDonald's (24 hours). All very handy if you're staying at the hotel. Loads of parking.

I hear all these venues are closing soon to make way for more residential housing which will be a shame. Overall a very nice to have park that holds a cinema, gym, bowling and arcade and a McDonald's. Could do with more options for food, but overall I appreciate the local options for the community. Nearest cinema will be miles away if this closes.

The staff provided exceptional service; however, we experienced minor difficulties with the bowling lanes. Despite these issues, we found the overall experience to be satisfactory. Food and beverage pricing was reasonable, and portions were ample. We plan to return soon.
